QRise provides tools for creating, customizing, and tracking QR codes. The Service includes both free and paid tiers with varying features and limitations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Create QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and serve your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Free and Paid Tiers

QRise offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall QRise be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
